Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Maintenance and Support
We provide both online and remote support, including:
- 3 (Three) Days Onsite Support per year
- 50 (Fifty) Hours Online-Remote Support per year
The server charge is 30,000+GST (part of dedicated hosting) and the support charge is 20,000+GST per year.
Service Subscription
Some services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments must be made 7 days in advance to avoid service interruption. Services affected include:
- Online Activities
- Billing of Admin
- Customer Payment
- SMS Services
- Website Hosting
- Online Payment Gateway
After payment, reactivation may require 1 (One) business day.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Epicwave Technologies. We are not responsible for content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
